All orders will ship out via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. All shipments must be made to a valid address within the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO. We process and ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. In general, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2 ~ 3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. All styles, either in-stock or backordered will be shipped as soon as they are ready. To consolidate orders, please make a note on the order or contact us via email as soon as possible.
For international customers, we also hand-deliver to local freight forwarders (Example: Blue Star packing) which must be within 1-mile distance from our showroom address. We do not ship with USPS due to their unreliable service. If you still wish to ship with USPS, a pre-paid label must be provided and there will be a $10 drop-off fee.
All sales are considered final. All damage return claims must be filled within 30 days after receipt of goods and must be approved by us. No RETURNS will be accepted after 30 days from delivery date. To file a claim, a Return Merchandise Authorization Form must be fully filled out and submitted to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. When submitting the form via email, picture(s) of each damaged item must clearly support the reason(s) of return and must be sent along with the form. If the picture(s) doesn’t clearly show it, all return claims will be denied. It will take 3 - 4 business days for us to review a claim and decide if it is approved or not.
If a damage claim is approved, a return label will be provided. After return is received, store credits will be issued for the pre-approved returned goods. The original shipping/handling cost is not refundable. In rare cases if a non-damage related return claim is approved, the returnee is responsible to return the goods in the ORIGINAL CONDITIONS and pay for the return. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original value will be imposed for non-damage related returns. If the returned goods are not in the original conditions (labels, hangtags, polybags, etc. must be intact), we will not be able to process the return.
