SHIPPING
All orders will ship out via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. All shipments must be made to a valid address within the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO. We process and ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. In general, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2 ~ 3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. All styles, either in-stock or backordered will be shipped as soon as they are ready. To consolidate orders, please make a note on the order or contact us via email as soon as possible.
For international customers, we also hand-deliver to local freight forwarders (Example: Blue Star packing) which must be within 1-mile distance from our showroom address. We do not ship with USPS due to their unreliable service. If you still wish to ship with USPS, a pre-paid label must be provided and there will be a $10 drop-off fee.
RETURNS
All sales are FINAL and not eligible for a refund. In certain cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. All return claims must be filed within 14 days after receipt of goods. No RETURNS will be accepted after this period. To file a claim, please email our return team at returns@idemditto.com. When submitting your return claim, please ensure to provide us your order #, style #, color, size/quantities, reason for your return and pictures. Any missing information may delay the return process.
In rare cases if a non-damage related return claim is approved, the returnee is responsible to return the goods in the ORIGINAL CONDITIONS (labels, hang tags, polybags, etc. must be intact) and pay for the return. All returned items must be sent back to our warehouse location within 2 weeks for store credit. After return is received, store credit will be issued for the pre-approved returned goods. The original shipping/handling cost is not refundable. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original value will be imposed for all returns not being in the original conditions.
